I am a fully qualified and experienced integrative counsellor offering adult and young person counselling from my tranquil base near Wells.

I enjoy gardening and walking my two collies, spending as much time as possible outdoors.

My Work

I aim to offer a calm and safe environment where you will be met with warmth and respect, where you will feel heard, accepted and understood and where you will not be judged.

My integrative approach is underpinned by my person-centred core training. I work in a way that values you as a unique being, offering you respect and empathy to support you so you can begin to understand your situation, your life and your feelings in a new way and to help you find your own way forward at a pace that suits you.

My work incorporates aspects of person-centred therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness and creative therapies.
